How Merket Rewards Works

  • Earn 1 point(s) for every RM1 spent on eligible orders.
  • Points are awarded only after your order status is marked as Completed.
  • Shipping fee is excluded from points calculation where applicable.
  • Points are valid for 6 month(s) from the date they are earned.
  • Points from cancelled, failed or refunded orders will be removed.
  • Your points are linked to your email address. Please use the same email when placing orders to keep your points in one account.

Redemption Rules

  • 100 points minimum redemption.
  • Every point is worth approximately RM0.05.
  • Maximum redemption is 100% of the eligible order value.
