2. Currency and Pricing
- All prices listed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as SST) and shipping fees, which will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.
3. Payment Processing & Security
- Instant Authorization: Your payment will be processed immediately upon confirming your order at checkout.
- Data Security: Your financial details are handled entirely by Billplz using secure, encrypted protocols (SSL/TLS). Merket does not view, store, or have access to your bank login credentials or card numbers.
- Order Confirmation: Once Billplz successfully processes your payment, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email from us, and an official e-receipt from Billplz.
4. Failed Transactions
If your payment fails during checkout:
- The transaction will be automatically canceled, and no funds will be deducted from your account.
- Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, sufficient funds, or that your bank’s TAC/OTP service is active.
- If your bank account was deducted but your order status on our website remains “Failed” or “Pending,” please contact our support team immediately with your Billplz Transaction ID so we can manually verify and process your order.
5. Refunds and Chargebacks
- Any refunds approved under our Return and Refund Policy will be credited back through Billplz to the original bank account or payment method used during purchase.
- Processing refunds via FPX/Billplz typically takes 3 to 7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on bank processing timelines.
